“It is the children who reflect the feelings with their innocence.”
Just look to her eyes for few seconds and you can feel the fear of this little girl in Syria.

Palestinian photojournalist, Nadia Abu Shaban, tweeted this week the picture of a little girl who surrendered when approached by a camera. Turned out that the 4-year-old girl, whose name is Hudea, thought the telephoto camera lens was a gun and made the decision to give up and drop to her knees with arms straight up high.
The original picture was taken by Osman Sağırlı, Turkish photographer, by the end of 2014 and only after Abu Shaban shared it on her twitter account it got viral.

Sağırlı explained to the BBC the story. “I was using a telephoto lens, and she thought it was a weapon, I realised she was terrified after I took it, and looked at the picture, because she bit her lips and raised her hands. Normally kids run away, hide their faces or smile when they see a camera. You know there are displaced people in the camps. It makes more sense to see what they have suffered not through adults, but through children. It is the children who reflect the feelings with their innocence.”
The picture makes you realize the cruel psychological environment in which children are being forced to, they cannot even trust a camera. Violence is part of their everyday routine.
In a conflict of more than 4 years, recent statistics from USAID established that 12 million people are in need of humanitarian help and 10.6 million people have been displaced.
Sağırlı’s picture has captivated the world with more than 15,000 retweets from Abu Shaban’s twitter account. Behind it you can hear the voice of the 5.5 million children affected by the Syrian war. Heartbreaking.

That picture broke my heart and brought a reality of the suffering and fear that these children face on a daily basis,oh how I wish I could hug them and tell them everything will be ok ,as I did with my children and now do with grandchildren,if you doubt that ISIS is pure evil than look at this picture and see the fear…God is love and love brings happiness, comfort, security all good things not what ISIS brings.
